I assume when you have the misfortune to die yourself you will at
least have the peace of mind from your apparently blameless life to
comfort you - I suppose you never did anything wrong. I never knew 
the guy but he is dead and somewhere there are probably some people 
to whom he was very important (you know mothers, fathers, children,
 wife, friends etc.). Why don't you just leave him and them alone. If
you want to do something about people driving around "shitfaced" there
are a lot more positive approaches than abusing the dead, mind you 
they would probably require more effort and commitment if you have it.
