Do you have the complete reference for the study you mention (Andy Pilmanis). I am really interested in the pros and cons of the so called 'precautionary stops'. BSAC recommend a one minute safety stop at 6 metres (presumably only for dives that are in some considerable excess of this depth). Given recent posts by Richard Pyle suggesting deeper stops, should precautionary stops be done deeper than this?
