The incident at Devils Ear/eye was with a diver who spiked the po2 at one point but was within his CNS% clock. However he also had 3 times the prescription allociation of sudafed in his system and we have linked several close relationships of sudafed with diving accidents mostly on air. This was all published in IANTD journals three years ago. Bascially it comes down to several planning values the gas limits oxygen, nitrogen carbon dioxide and the effects of drugs ie decongestants etc and other drugs (even cigarattees with nicotine) that should be determiniung factors on a dive plan.
