David, I divemastered for an instructor who used Sherwood Bruts and Blizzards for himself and his students. He was extremely meticulous to properly tune, clean and regularly service the regs, but they easily freeflowed. I have used them under ice, in the cold, in the tropics, in mud, deep and not so deep and found they do breath great but they will freeflow to the point of wasting an entire scuba tank of air. Don't waste breath or your money, buy poseidon odins.
