OK --

1) "D" rings are for attaching stuff. For pony bottles though I like "E"
rings better.

2) A piece of crap every diver needs. Almost as good as a Swiss Army
Knife but there's no fork, or maybe there is, I forget. Anyway it's way
cheaper than owning actual tools.
