Can any of y'all answer this one?  My brother has three old 1/2"
tapered-seat steel tanks that need hydro testing, but someone has told him
It Can't Be Done Any More.  Is this correct?

However, I have a tank problem -- I've been informed that
the DOT will not hydro-test the old 1/2" tapered-seat
steel tanks any more.  Can you put a note up on the techdiver
list and see if you can get confirmation?
