Every time the subject of neon comes up somebody always posts a message to the effect that 'neon bends are difficult to traet....' (thanks Chris). The subject always seems to remain at that. Would somebody with a bit of expertise/experience care to elaborate. I always thought that providing the increase in ambient pressure was sufficient to 'crush' bubble back into solution then it was simply a matter of applying the appropriate protocol. I guess it could be related to solubility - somebody must have an idea!
