Ditto David and VERY WELL SAID ...  have to agree with you on that
one.. i worked at the chamber for a while here, it's true that
they are a BIT behind the times.. (in my opinion).

YOU HAVE A FULL FACE MASK, AND ONLY THEN IF YOU ARE READY TO 
CONVULSE... *AND* AFTER 20 MINUTES ON O2 YOU SHOULD GO BACK TO
AIR FOR FIVE MINUTES (NOT TO BE INCLUDED IN YOUR DECO SCHEDULE),
THAT'S AFTER *EVERY* TWENTY MINUTES..
