According to last night's Seattle Times, the diver had "top of the
line" gear. No cause of death was mentioned. I will keep you posted
if I hear more than rumor. (You can't beleive everything in the
newspaper any more than you can beleive everything you read here).
About recalls, this fourm has been a good resource for learning about
recalls in the past, and I expect that participants will continue to
keep each other informed.

A diver died in the area (Puget Sound) last weekend. Many questions are
being asked, but this topmost one seems most relevant. Anyone have an
answer?
