To All Tech divers --

I need your opinion on a fellow who is a tech instructor in my area.  His 
name is Bradford Gagne and he currently works with Great Lakes Technical 
Divers.  I want to know if he is a good diver and a good instructor.  Since I 
want to learn to dive the right way, I want to make sure this guy is not a 
stroke.

Please respond in a professional manner, specifically pointing out faults
