<  For the record, I'm not Mark Silverstein - Joel's infamous brother ;-),
so most of your post is wasted on me. I'm Mark Welzel.
I'm a regular on the boats on Long Island having crewed for
everyone's pal Sal on the Sea Hunter for a few years, spent some
time on Sea Scrapes boat in the beginning and now I'm on the
Adventuress. From my point of view, some of the other mates
and the customers I talk to, all this nonsense *seems* to
be bickering between rivals.>
