Dave, that is not a pony, it is an argon bottle for suit inflation, using a se of "pony tamer" straps. I do that so that I can remove it if I get "keyed", meaning if I can get in one way, but on return the bottle is on the other side and will not fit, a lesson never to be learned the hard way. We use no ponies, our little deco bottle for wreck diving are clipped on like stages - much safer than a pony harness.
