Subject: mounting pony?

Can you guys recommend a way to mount a pony that allows you to get out 
of it if it becomes fouled?  George mentioned some kind of velcro 
attachment in his "doing it right" video.  But I couldn't see how it 
worked.  Interested in using this method for a single tank and possibly 
for doubles.
