I think you'll find that the discussion was about sending a bag to the surface
to deco under, not to send goodies to the surface. For deco, I use a small
sausage DSMB and for lifting souveniers 100KG liftbag. ( the process of which I
agree with you about unless you have some prior arrangement with the surface
cover)
