Do we know this to be a fact? It is also possible that these devices
produce bubbles that are initially too small to detect. These 
"micro-bubbles" could then act as "condensation nucleii" and initiate
the formation of detectable bubbles where no detectable bubbles
previously existed.

Just my 1.5 cents worth. And it should be obvious that I _DO NOT_ know all of
what I am talking about here. It just seems that bubble formation is a
chaotic event and that we do not know all the factors.
