Roger, Thanks for your info. I don't know whether your experience with service for your Nemesis computer was typical or not. But, as I mentioned in another post, my experience with service from Uwatec could not have been better. (1) They returned my calls when I left messages on their machine. (I called from California after their office was closed.) Carol, the company secretary was most helpful. (2) A knowledgeable technician, Cindy Greer, responded promptly. (3) They had my old unit in house 2 days and turned around and shipped me another new one, rather than waste my time while they diagnosed the problem. This is top class service and sets the standard. I am certainly not technically qualified to categorically state whether the Nemesis is better than the Aladdin Air-X or vice-versa, so I must judge them bothm based on my experience with the units and the companies. My concern is that this technology is primarily advanced by competition for our business. If Uwatec will no longer markets in the US (and I hope that will not be true, based on other posts), then we consumers are the losers. Regards, Peter Heseltine
