This is the "Slobwinder" so huge fat slobs can turn off their tanks. It is also used by morons who insist on using the wrong drysuit, and effectively making themselves into the equivalent of a huge fat slob. The also have "Slobwings" to float slobs and tow them back to the dock with in case they fall overboard. This is a common problem in New England wreck diving. The Jersey "Slobreel" holds a fat slob to the wreck until a skycrane can be brought in to lift them back on board. These "divers" carry "Slobhammers" and tool boxes with them - not to get artifacts, to get down to the wreck . They then collect up bits of rust that look real good on "Slobmix" (air). They dive with "Slobbles" (double 121's) - a tank so huge that even a fat slob can get 15 minutes on the "Doria" with them.
