I currently use the OMS Manifold.  It's fine -- No problems with it so
far.  Knobs are large and easily turnable when I have my cold water
mitts on.  Some of the fill adapters are not usable with it because of
the protruding stem.  Just carry with you the plugs that convert it to
yoke and you'll be fine.
