No problem, on decanting air into the cylinder for in the region of its
25th use. (I had owned the cylinder from new for less than four weeks),
I heard a leak and was somewhat amazed to see a blister of paint remove
itself and air escape from through the cylinder wall about 3cm below the
valve.
Yesterday on my boat I was speaking to a diver about this when lo and
behold the same thing happened in the same place on the cylinder.
He is planning action and I will keep you informed.
I will say that I have seen dozens of these things working well but I
have also heard of a lot of cylinders being returned. In message
