[This message is converted from WPS-PLUS to ASCII] george is correct about the number of vacuums pulled as the only difference during filling. industrial has less than medical, and medical has less than aviators. that is the only difference. there is no magic. the extra vacuums with low moisture oxygen is how they get the aviators. its dew point must be lower to offset the extreme cold at altitude and the possibility of freezing. in any state where you must have a prescription to get USP (medical) oxygen (and can't get one easily), just buy the aviators. it is a little more expensive, but a much better choice than industrial. industrial always runs the risk of contaminants from welders and others without quality check valves, manifolds, or regulators. hydrocarbon contamination is not a big problem for the oxygen suppliers. we are the ones with the oil lubed compressors. the safest thing is to get a booster and put your oxygen in last. we have run explosion studies during hazards reviews at work. if anyone doesn't believe oxygen and fuel isn't that much different than air and fuel is kidding themselves. we fed oxygen and natural gas and ignited it and then air and natural gas and ignited it. just a wee bit of difference.....like pieces of a process vessel as big as your garage door traveling great distances and going over the heads of the filmers. underwear changes must have been necessary. scott
