Can't you guys read?  She's not pregnant.  The only physical connection
between her and her baby is milk.  It seems pretty unlikely that the baby
(it is no longer a fetus) could get bent from mother's milk.  The only
possible negative side effects seem to be either a reduction in milk
production or a change in the composition of the milk itself.
