Agreed on all points. It's just that once you *do* cover the physiology and the partial pressure formulae you essentially just crank in your varying mixes and turn the handle, so to speak. The *principles* do not change, only their manifestations medically as the various ratios change. It just seems that what should be somewhat straight forward is looking progressively more fragmented.
