Medical science is far from exact.

Did you know that it has never been proven that diving could have ill
effects on pregnancy? Still, every textbook strongly suggests that
pregnant women refrain from diving. Why is that? To be on the safe
side.

I had this in mind when I suggested that Serena stay out of the water.
It's not like I was giving expert advice or anything. It was more like
"if I were you, this is what I'd do".
