If they ever throw you off of this list then I will hang up my fins. Most of the divers I train for nitrox and mix are students of mine from previous courses. They already know there stuff, and you are right, it takes no time at all to teach them simple formulas and some additional skills for in water protocol. As for knowing it all, you don't. You can't. If you didn't learn something every time you went diving, then you would know nothing at all. When you stop diving, then you'll know it all, and you, you will never stop.
