OK, there seems to be some consensus here that the pressed steel 104s and the 
faber 95s are stronger than the genesis tanks.  Could someone explain how the 
genesis tanks have ended up with a higher rating in the U.S.?  Is there some 
bizarre bureaucratic story to this? - KL
