In Australia, the Faber tanks are stamped with a 232 bar (~3400psi) fill
pressure. My understanding is that the 15L Faber used here are the same
tank as the Faber 95 used in the states, only filled to 2640 psi.

One way of seeing if it is the same tank with the same wall thickness is
if they are the same TARE weight.

Faber 15l/232bar tanks sold in the UK are stamped at about 16.3 to 16.6kg

I believe the Faber 95s are 37lbs (16.9kg), so it is likely they are the same
but de-rated to comply with US design standards.

I also recall seeing a message from Joan Coval (26/3) that Pressed Steel "HP"
120s are also 3500psi WP _and_ about 38lbs. So maybe the US design standards
have been relaxed since the Faber 95s were brought out.

This is all assuming the same quality/alloy steel is used. We could do with a
metallurgist to chip in about what different steel alloys can be used and their
effect on the rated WP.
