Bill High recently issued a copy of a statement suggesting the hazmat =
guys were breathing down our necks regarding 1.  cylindar maintenance =
and training, 2.  filling of cylindars.  What's really going on out =
there, how does it affect us and how do we need to deal with this in a =
professional and adult manner to keep us out of deep kim chee in the =
