Subject: Kraken?

On re-reading the intro to _Mixed Gas Diving_ by Tom Mount and Scott
Gilliam, I found a rather significant section devoted to the Kraken, a
rebreather available in both nitrox and heliox starting in 1993.  Never
heard of it.  Did it ever come off the drawing board and into production?
Anybody got a price list or a contact for more info?  Thanks.
