This is at odds with what I was told by Rob Cason.  He assured me
personally that the number of TMX instructors in Australia was
going to be limited.  (I *think* he said limited to three.  My
memory is a bit hazy, but I think he said that it would only
be him, Kevin Denlay and one other.)  This seems to be inline
with the general IANTD policy of preventing dive deaths, by preventing
diving.
