I bought 2 of the first new Triton's into the UK - about 6 months ago.  I
used them for real for the first time in the caves in Florida in November
during my full cave course.  After a while the reg just started
freeeflowing - now you can't blame it on the cold there.  It was checked
over by the Posiedon service guys at Ginnie who could not find a problem -
all interstage pressures were correct.  I tried again - the free flowing
came back, not nice way back in a cave - but at least it got us out of an
air sharing exercise as I was already on my second regulator!

Now I know of other people who dive with Tritons who have had no problems
at all and think they are very good - so maybe it was a one off.  I was
offered replacement regs from Posiedon in the UK via UWI Circle but after
that episode i felt it would always be in the back of my mind that I'd had
problems.  However I had (please note the had) 2 and both showed signs of
the free flow to some extent.  I have now put on order 2 G250's!!
