Global Mfg Co is showing an OXY-SAFE RUST INHIBITOR (COMPOUND O) under part 
# 42220 (Qt) / 42221 (Gal) in their 1996 catalog.  The add states it is a
"diethanolamine" based formulation.  Caution is also provided to indicate
that this should be used for oxygen rich mixtures and the compound B that
has been around for a long time is NOT suitable for O2 use.
