Subject: O2 Cleaning Steel Tanks

Does anyone know of a rust inhibitor that can be used to treat the inside 
of a steel tank after O2 cleaning with water based solvents? I want to 
try to prevent "flash rust" if possible after having the tanks Hydro'd 
and tumbled.  Thanks for any input.
