My hats off to you for keeping *your* wits about you. At my level of 
experience, just the thought of 120 fsw dives gives me pause (is my 
advanced instructor around?....she's been lurking here to make sure I 
don't fall in with bad company!) But dealing with an obtunded, combative 
partner at depth scares the cr*p out of me.

You're right, it wouldn't take much to lose you both in those 
circumstances.
