I checked the documentation on my teledyne sensor. It had the following
to say:
1. The teledyne sensor is not affected by humidity. However the ambient
PO2 is reduced. Free water condensing on the sensor is however
a problem.
2. The teledyne sensor contains a thermistor for temperature compensation.
However the document implied that the time for this device to
equilabrate is hours making it kind of useless for the types of
diving that I do.
On the other hand we do not need pinpoint accuracy. We only want to confirm
that the PO2 of our breathing loop is within the expected range and if not
take some action.
