Tim,

I may be able to help you a little bit:

M25X2 is the thread. You should imperatively use a Valve with M25X200 thread
which are different from the 3/4 one.

Service pressure is 200 bar (2900 psi) and 300 means that the hydrostatic
pressure test is 300 bar.

The water volume is 10 Liters. Which gives you 2 m3 of gas(70CuFt)
Druckluft-TG indicate that the cylinders are coming from Germany. Probably
Faber manufactured.

I am not sure about the 10.92 meaning. It depends if you have a sign before,
it could be the fabrication date. But I would suspect it is the cylinder
weight 10.92 Kg (24 lbs) for the empty cylinder. You can check this using a
scale.

The use of burst disk is not common at all in Europe. For more information
about it check with a german diver. I am not sure that this standard is
acceptable in US.
