...thinking about a move to Yokohama, Japan for a couple years....

Anyone got any experience getting tanks of pressurized oxygen for 
"scientific" purposes? I'm especially interested in comments regarding 
the Japan Gas Association, First Aid O2, and the accepted Medical 
Standard fitting (same as CGA 870 PIN?)

How about gas for "welding" purposes, especially argon and helium.

Fieno experience doesn't count D.P.
