Art, despite the denial of our abilities by the entire cave-diving fraterenity, we have individuals on our team, like Steve Fitzgibbons and Bill Gavin who design dive equipment for the Navy, including rebreathers. We also have engineers like Bill Mee, who design medical devices, and several other people of similar credentials. We know the rules - there are none that apply here. This is all bullshit created by these quasi-official agencies and other self-appointed experts. Ignore them, and ask the people who really do this stuff. NOAA and other jokers do not make the rules. However, if these clowns continue with their efforts to prove P.T. Barnum was right, and keep up the good work of strokes like Hal Watts, we will have a few rules, and none of them will be very friendly. Before any of you spend your hard-earned money - ask for the real story on all of this stuff. Most of you could own one of my scooters for what you have spent on useless crap in the last year alone, like dive computers, dive lights, silly multi-wing apparati, transformer weenie packs, special regs, unnecessary training, like nitrox and deep air, and other blatent strokery. Instead you have nothing , and are afraid to use it. - G
