  This is nonsense. What has to be "rated" ? The tank, the valve, the first 
stage, the second stage. BULLSHIT. Who does this, IANTD? Where does it say
IANTD 
can "oxygen rate" your equipment? Who does this rating? Come on, knock off the 
crap. These "ratings" have absolutely nothing to do with scuba diving. 

  Let's just get one thing real clear: if there were any Fedreral regulations
on 
scuba diving or scuba gear, you guys would be long out of business, along with 
the crappy gear manufacturers you are constanly pushing and promoting. Gear , 
like the reabreather you recommend for cave diving , would actually have to be 
properly tested, and square lights which you have championed on here, would 
never make it past the laughing stage.  - G
