I'll check it out. The truth is nobody is sure exactly what's going 
on...that's why they're *all* theories. As a pathologist all I can do is 
make observations and find models that will explain what I see and 
measure. If I can find a better more complete model...what the hey, I'll 
switch!

Nature's having the laugh since we all look for nice neat single factor 
causes for disease and they're all turning into complex multi-factorial 
causes. Dysbaric osteonecrosis included.
