Dave, I am glad you replied to Rambo, I nearly did but then resisted. From what he was saying, it seems that there is very little difference between the diving there and here except it is a little warmer here at least in the summer), and a little calmer with a more gentle current there. However I feel there might be a couple of additional differences. Firstly, for this sort of diving over here, there are likely to be 10 or less divers on the boat so there will be between 5 and 10 markers for the skipper to follow. Secondly, and probably most significantly, I notice that they refer to the person in charge of the boat as the "Captain". Now I might be wrong here but I have noticed that they have a habit of "awarding" titles to improve the self-importance of the holder therefore "Captain" might be someone who has passed a boat handling and navigation course rather than what we refer to as a skipper who in all probability was/is a commercial fisherman who has spent many years at sea in all condition and takes out divers to supplement his income. Harry.
