 i have found that a electric extension cord reel from a builder suppy house
is great there are 2 sizes.....i prefer the small one
#1: the i.d. of the inner hole will fit your bicep perfect
#2: it is bright orange
#3: a nice smooth plastic finish
#4: it will hold >350' of 1/4"pp
#5: it will float
#6: i put 2 small floats on it to add to positive
#7: it is easy to see on the surface
#8: complete unit cost is less than $6.00/$8.00
#9: will work for 100 other uses on boats or for divers  (i carry 4 on boat)
