  Hey , Tom, I thought Tony was one of your boys? What's the deal?
Bad teacher or what? At least ANDI is letting Tony update the standards
to accommodate what we have all learned. This is the objective, not 
which agency is best. We now only have one questiobnable agency (that
I know of), and one complete laughing stock , "Mr. Scuba". Why don't
you work that crash test dummy over so we can all at least have a good 
laugh. -G
