Great explanation. The procedures sound like task loading only to 
someone who is not trained in those skills. That is why the cis program 
for training is designed to require more hours on the units than all 
other programs I'm aware of. Like other advanced skills once rehearsed 
to the point of reflex action it becomes routine and not overly 
difficult. I need to get time on the units and look forward to that 
taking place.
