Tony,

I too had problems with the battery pack moving on the waist band.
The real Hogarthian method moves the buckle all the way over to the
side to hold the battery in place.  This was real awkward for me.  The
solution was to use a weight keeper to hold the battery tight against
the tank.  Worked like a champ, and it's a $0.79 fix!
