No it is "Deep Diving..." by Gilliam & von Maier, Watersport Books 1992.
It is on page 86 "The Mount-Millner test". The experiment was conducted by
Tom Mount and a psychiatrist Dr Gilbert Millner in 1965. I have looked at
the university libary but the manual "paper index" did't have any thing
written by Gilbert Millner in the late '60ies.

Does anyone know of a reference to a published paper on this experiment?
