  We had very limited time and resources, so were limited to a dive of 
  around 400 ft. Needless to say, the deco is the best part, no chills.

  Just take some normal deco water bottles. If you use Gatorade, dilute
  it with 50% more than the normal amount of water. Heat was not a problem.

  I used a 2mm vest for comfort under the harness, and a lycra suit. Was 
  a little cool after several hours. 2mm hood might be nice.
