    The webbing always does that - don't worry about it. It is from
walking around with your tanks on. I used to hammer webbing when I 
dove in Mexico a lot - long walks to the sinks. Just rewebb it when
it gets bad. In the meantime, hit the chaffed area with a soldering 
iron to stop it from unravelling. - G
