the best idea i can think of is
if you set-up a ftp site ... those who were interested could "get" this
information from without offending anyone by posting it to the sensitive
techdiver list ... just post the new information at the ftp site when 
you recieve it and then post to techdiver -> new information to check out

i don't know the first thing about setting-up a ftp site, but it's an idea
