When I 1st bought my isolation manifold, I had the same problem as you &
thought it was a huge waste of money. However, with a bit of practice &
perseverence it *is* possible to reach all three valves round the back. I
reckon I can get to any of the three & turn it off or on within 10 seconds. I
don't know if this is good or bad...but it's what I can manage.

One trick is to put the hand you are not using to turn a valve under the
twinset & lift it up & over your back (without loosening any straps) about 4 to
6 inches. This brings the valve within reach. Another trick is to start to
turn upside down, so that the twinset falls higher up your back. If one method
doesn't work immediately then the other should.

Prctice on a deco stop, when you have nothing else to do. Don't be
suprised if you also get a very wet neck !!
