Would you knowingly dive with someone who would not give you the
regulator out of their mouth? I wouldn't. The point that we're all
making is that this attitude is implicit in the way the "hose
stuffers" rig their gear.

And what exactly is the big deal about taking a regulator out of your
mouth? As George has said before, "if you are afraid to take the
regulator out of your mouth, then you have no business diving".
